I lost 40LBS!!!

(As of Dec. 26, 2011: 81 lbs)
Dear Nature's 1st,

At the age of 36 and being overweight most of my life I knew it was time to do something but I also knew I needed help. I had developed very bad habits of overeating, emotional eating, and eating out of just plain boredom. Thankfully, I was introduced to NuBody Lift. Within the first 3 months I have lost 40lbs. The appetite control is unbelievable. I may think I'm hungry but when I sit down to eat I just don't want to. I eat only a fraction of what I use to. I can say for the first time that food no longer controls me. And that's the best thing. Thank you so much.
